What do each of the MCP reports contain?

General Reservation Reports

  • General Report: Lists all information regarding all of the reservations taken.
  • General 2 Report: Lists a shorter version of the above report, removing information such as payment notes and ETA.
  • Summary Report: Generates the content of the summary table into a report; especially helpful for large events
  • Accounting Report: Lists information about all of the reservations focusing on accounting items such as total rooms booked and total cost.
  • Accounting Deposit Report: Lists information about all of the reservations focusing on the payment information that has been put down as a deposit.
  • Additional Detail Report: Lists information about all of the reservations focusing on additional information questions.
  • Planner Report: Lists simple information about all of the reservations for the meeting planner.
  • Canceled Rooms Report: Lists information about all canceled rooms. It also includes when the room was canceled and by who.
  • Group Labels Report: Lists information about all of the reservations including information obtained from the group labels.
  • Tickets Report: Lists information about all of the reservations including information obtained from the ticket sales.
  • Change Report: Lists all the new change requests and highlights the changes in yellow, as well as cancellations.
  • Reservation Notes Report: Lists all reservations based on search criteria that contain one or more notes written in the "Notes" tab section of the reservation detail page.
  • Simplified Change Report: Lists information about all of the reservations information segmented by Change status.
  • All Hotel Rooming List Report: Lists information about all of the reservations focusing on Hotel Name.
  • Comp Room Report: Lists information about all of the comp room per Hotel.
  • Email Report: Lists information about all of the reservation ID's focusing on email status.

Hotel Reports

  • Hilton Rapid Report: Created for the Hilton Rapid reservation system.
  • Hilton Report: Created for the Hilton reservation system.
  • Hotel Confirmation Number Report: This is a standard rooming list WITH confirmation number entered by the hotel.
  • Marriott Report: Created for the Marriott reservation system.
  • Starwood Report: Created for the Starwood reservation system.
  • Hyatt Report: Created for the Hyatt reservation system.
  • RL Report: This is a standard hotel Rooming List report that may correspond with your in-house reservation system.
  • Full Rooming List Report: Contains the widest variety of information on the Hotel Reports.
  • Full Rooming List 2 Report: Contains a cutdown version of the Full Rooming List Report.
  • Rooming List Sub-Block Billing Report: A rooming list with sub-block information that breaks down billing by sub-block.
  • Rooming List Changes Report: A rooming list report that can highlight all changes made to the reservations after a specific date.
  • Guest Billing Report: Lists information about all of the reservations with billing information.
  • Rooming List Sub-block Billing Report: Lists information about all of the sub-block reservations and their billing.
  • Simplified Rooming List Report: Lists information about all of the reservations significantly cutdown from the Full Rooming List. Does not include billing details.
  • Meetingmax Rooming List Report: Lists information about all of the reservations, in a user-friendly fashion.

Miscellaneous Reports

  • Hotel Totals By Day: Lists information regarding the overall room block, pickup, availability at the hotels.
  • Payment Reconciliation: Lists information regarding the financials of all rooms booked. This report can be used to see how many, if any, comp rooms were earned.
  • Totals By Room Type: Lists information regarding the room block, pickup, and availability broken down into room types at the hotels.
  • Subblock Report: Lists information regarding room block and pickup with details broken down into subblocks.
  • Hold Rooms Report: Lists all rooms being 'held' in the system when using the Hold Rooms feature.
  • Pace Report: Lists information regarding the booking pace of rooms over a weekly period.
  • Pickup By State/Province: Lists the pickup of an event, sorted by state or province
  • Pickup By Group Report: Lists the pickup of an event, sorted by group information label, and by sub-block.
  • Sub-Block Cut-Off Report: Includes Sub-block Name, Sub-block Code, Owner, Cut-off Date & Reminder Date.
  • Hotel User Activity Report: View your hotel users and view the last time each hotelier logged into the Hotel Control Panel.
  • Anticipated Sub-block Pickup Report: List pick up by hotel, noting contract, pick up, allocated, anticipated and available rooms.
  • Sub-block Report: Lists information about sub-block availability. 
  • Sub-block Grouped Report: Lists information about sub-block availability, grouped by Hotel.
  • Sub-block Details Report: Lists information about sub-blocks.
